Thank you for the post! Repentance is so often left out of messages during the Christmas season. Jesus' first public words after His temptation in the desert were "...Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” (Matthew 4:17)
Thank you for this post! I agree. I write about the sorrow of the brokenhearted poor, myself included, who feel so pushed upon to " measure up" to the demands of the world. I have had all kinds of jobs in this world, have survived but not truly thrived. Hence why I am sheltered in the Arms of God and His Son, Who have such mercy on my broken-ness and while calling me to regular repentance, They also offer me gifts that are unique to me and my life experience. We all have our special gifts and people to whom only our gift will speak to. Only God could do that! Blessings to you! Wendy Williams
…a little late, but glad I made it. You have beautifully and clearly shared what is possibly the most important and yet most easily forgotten message in all of scripture — The core of the Gospel. It never fails to thoroughly empty and then refill to overflowing with His tender love.
Thank you.
